Privacy Policy
JPG To PDF Converter PRO converts your photos and PDFs on your iPhone. The app has no user accounts and no analytics. Your documents and the images you convert never leave your device. An anonymous purchase identifier and a transaction identifier are sent to RevenueCat so Pro can be confirmed and restored. A problem report is sent only if you tap Send Report. Photos and PDFs stay on your iPhone. None of this is used for tracking.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the iOS app JPG To PDF Converter PRO ("the app") and to the website at jpgtopdfconverterapp.com ("the site"), both published by TQ Tech ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
The short version
- Your photos, PDFs and converted files stay on your iPhone.
- There is no account, no sign-up and no e-mail address to provide.
- We operate no server that receives your files, and we cannot see them.
- Conversion works with no network connection at all.
- A problem report is optional. It includes only the note you type, plus the app version, device model, iOS version, Pro status, your RevenueCat customer id, and a short device hash. Photos and PDFs are not included.
- We do not sell personal information. To confirm and restore Pro, the app sends RevenueCat an anonymous identifier and a transaction identifier. Those are not used for tracking, and your documents are not included.
Information the app handles
Your documents and images
When you select photos or import a PDF, the app reads them in order to convert them. All processing happens locally on the device using Apple's frameworks. The resulting files are written to storage that belongs to your device or to a location you choose, such as the Files app. Nothing is uploaded.
Photo library access
The app asks for permission to access photos only so you can pick images to convert and, if you choose to, save converted images back. The selection is made through Apple's own picker. Access can be changed at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
Camera access
If you take a photo inside the app, the app uses the camera for that purpose only. Photos taken this way are handled exactly like photos from your library.
Conversion history
The app keeps a list of files you have converted so you can find and share them again. This list and the files it refers to are stored on your device. Clearing the history or deleting the app removes it.
Settings
Preferences such as your default page size, default quality and appearance are stored on the device in standard iOS preference storage.
Problem reports
You can report a problem from Settings, or from an error in the app. Nothing is sent until you tap Send Report. The app works without sending a report.
A report contains only:
- the note you typed
- the screen, the category you chose, and an error code when the report started from a failure
- the app version
- the device model and iOS version
- whether Pro is unlocked
- your RevenueCat customer id, the same anonymous id RevenueCat uses to restore Pro
- a short hash of a device identifier, not the identifier itself
Your photos, PDFs, page contents and passwords are never included.
The report is sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker does not keep a copy of the note. It forwards the report to TQ Tech through Telegram, so Telegram receives the same text. We use it only to read and reply to the report.
If you choose Email instead, your mail app sends the note and the same details to [email protected]. That message leaves your iPhone only when you send the email.

Purchases
The app offers an in-app purchase to unlock Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or handle your payment details. Purchase status is managed with RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure provider, which receives a transaction identifier and an anonymous identifier in order to confirm and restore your purchase across your devices. It does not receive your documents, your photos, your name or your e-mail address.

Analytics and tracking
The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no third-party tracker. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymised App Store statistics such as download and crash counts; these cannot identify you.
This website
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts - every asset, including the typeface, is served from this domain. The hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and operational purposes, as virtually all web hosts do.
Children
The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Your photos, PDFs and conversion history stay on your device. Delete individual items in the app, or delete the app to remove them. TQ Tech does not store those files. RevenueCat holds the anonymous purchase identifier so Pro can be restored. A problem report you already sent is held in the Telegram chat we use for support, not in a separate database of ours. To ask about a report or that identifier, write to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
